We know that our customers want to connect with their food as much as they want to connect with those sharing it around the table. We feature seasonal, organic and local produce year-round on our daily-changing menus, including the super-local Soil Born Farms, an innovative urban agriculture project located within Sacramento. Our meat and dairy is from humanely raised, natural sources as much as possible.
All of these high-quality ingredients are skillfully handled by RESTAURANT THIR13EN's impeccable chefs. We make from scratch most of our pasta and sausage, and all of our stocks, sauces, and dressings. We love talking about where we get our food, what’s in season, where to find local farmers markets, and where to shop for the same ingredients we are using.

RESTAURANT THIR13EN is a member of the Green Restaurant Association of Sacramento. We compost all of our vegetable waste, recycle our corks, use recycled to-go containers, and are always seeking ways to leave a smaller footprint.
